退款政策

1. General Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be unused, unworn, and uninstalled.

  • All original tags, labels, and protective films must remain attached.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and components.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Items that do not meet the above conditions may be refused or may be subject to a partial refund at our sole discretion.


2. How to Start a Return

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Contact information

  • Item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return

  • Photo(s) of the item and packaging (if damaged or defective)

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, you are responsible for any return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to our error (such as wrong item shipped or a confirmed defective product).

If your return is accepted, we will:

  • Provide you with a return shipping label (if applicable), and

Items returned to us without first submitting a return request and receiving approval will not be accepted and may be returned to you at your own expense.

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.

If you discover that:

  • The item is defective,

  • The item is damaged, or

  • You received the wrong item,

please contact us immediately at info@coplus.com.tw with:

  • Your order number,

  • A description of the issue, and

  • Clear photos or videos of the item and packaging.

We will review the case and work with you to evaluate the issue and make it right, which may include a replacement, repair (if applicable), or refund.


4. Exceptions and Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or made-to-order products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)

  • Personal care and hygiene products (e.g., beauty or grooming items)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

In addition:

  • We cannot accept returns for sale or clearance items.

  • We cannot accept returns for gift cards.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item:

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to:

  1. Submit a return request for the item you currently have, and

  2. Once your return is approved and processed, place a new order for the desired item.

We do not guarantee availability of specific models, styles, or configurations at the time of exchange.


6. EU 14-Day Cooling-off Period

If your order is shipped to a destination within the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day “cooling-off” period under EU consumer protection laws.

This means that, regardless of the general 30-day policy above, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to cancel or return your order for any reason and without the need to provide justification.

To exercise this right:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • You must notify us in writing (e.g., by email) within the 14-day period.

Please note that, unless otherwise required by law, return shipping costs may be your responsibility, and certain legal exceptions may apply (for example, to custom-made products or sealed goods not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed).


7. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and complete our inspection:

  1. We will notify you that we have received your return.

  2. We will inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected based on the return condition and policy.

If your refund is approved:

  • The refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

  • We aim to complete the refund within 10 business days from the date of approval.

Please note:

  • Your bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

  • Original shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes (if any) are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable law or explicitly stated.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received your funds, please contact us at info@coplus.com.tw so that we can assist you in following up with the payment provider.
