Information Security

To safeguard the confidentiality, integrity, availability, and legality of the company's information and to prevent the misuse, leakage, tampering, damage, or loss of assets due to human error, sabotage, or natural disasters, which could impact company operations or harm the company's interests, the company adheres to its information security policy, regularly conducts information security awareness campaigns, and provides employee information security education and training to better comply with international information security management trends and respond to customer information security requirements.

Information Security Risk Management Framework: The Company's Information Department is responsible for information security policy management and planning, as well as the handling and reporting of information security-related incidents. Regular reports are submitted to the General Manager regarding information security mechanisms such as anti-virus, disaster prevention, anti-hacking, and leak prevention.

2. Information Security Policy: Establish information security management standards to ensure the confidentiality and security of the company's information assets and legal compliance, and establish procedures for handling hazards to minimize the impact.

Maintaining social welfare

1. The Company shall comply with relevant labor laws and regulations and follow and protect international human rights conventions, such as gender equality, the right to work, and the prohibition of discrimination.
2. To fulfill its responsibility to protect human rights, the Company shall establish relevant management policies and procedures, including:
1. Propose the company’s human rights policy or statement.
2. Evaluate the impact of the company's operations and internal management on human rights and establish appropriate procedures for handling such impacts.
3. Regularly review the effectiveness of corporate human rights policies or statements.

Before engaging in business, the Company assesses its suppliers' record of environmental and social impacts and avoids doing business with suppliers whose corporate social responsibility policies conflict. When the Company signs contracts with its major suppliers, it requires the supplier to comply with both parties' corporate social responsibility policies, and to terminate or rescind the contract at any time if the supplier violates the policy and causes significant environmental and social impacts in the supply community. 4. The Company shall establish a dedicated environmental management unit or personnel to formulate, promote, and maintain relevant environmental management systems and specific action plans, and shall regularly organize environmental education courses for management and employees.

The Company considers the ecological impact of its operations, promotes and advocates the concept of sustainable consumption, and conducts its research and development, procurement, production, operations, and service activities in accordance with the following principles to reduce the impact of its operations on the natural environment and humans:

2. Reduce the emission of pollutants, toxic substances and waste, and properly dispose of waste.
3. Improve the recyclability and reuse of raw materials or products.

6. To improve the efficiency of water resource utilization, the Company shall properly and sustainably utilize water resources and establish relevant management measures. The Company shall construct and strengthen relevant environmental protection and treatment facilities to prevent pollution of water, air, and land. The Company shall also make every effort to minimize adverse effects on human health and the environment by implementing the best available pollution prevention and control technologies.
7. The Company adopts commonly used domestic and international standards or guidelines to conduct corporate greenhouse gas inventory and disclose the information, including:
1. Direct greenhouse gas emissions: greenhouse gas emissions from sources owned or controlled by the company.
2. Indirect greenhouse gas emissions: those generated by the use of energy such as input electricity, heat or steam.
3. Other indirect emissions: Emissions generated by company activities that are not energy indirect emissions but come from emission sources owned or controlled by other companies.

The Company is mindful of the impact of climate change on its operations and, based on operational conditions and greenhouse gas inventory results, has formulated strategies for energy conservation and carbon reduction, as well as greenhouse gas reduction. The Company has also incorporated the acquisition of carbon credits into its carbon reduction strategy and is promoting this strategy accordingly to mitigate the impact of climate change on its operations.

Implementing corporate governance

1. The Company shall establish an effective corporate governance framework and relevant ethical standards and matters in accordance with the Code of Corporate Governance Practices for Listed and OTC Companies, the Code of Conduct for Listed and OTC Companies, and the Reference Model for Ethical Codes of Conduct for Listed and OTC Companies to strengthen corporate governance.
