Return and exchange policy

I. General Return Conditions

  • All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number (RMA) issued by Coplus.

  • Unauthorized returns or returns without an RMA number will be rejected and will not be processed .

Returned goods requirements:

  • The original packaging (including internal protective materials, labels, accessories, and documents) must be maintained.

  • Returns will not be accepted under any circumstances if the original packaging is missing.

  • Damage caused by improper packaging is considered damage caused by the user and is not eligible for a refund or replacement.

II. Returns of Defective Goods

  • Coplus products are covered by a 1-year manufacturer's limited warranty from the date of shipment.

  • If you suspect a product is defective, you must notify Coplus within 30 days of receiving the product.

Handling method:

  • Products confirmed as defective can only be replaced with the same model.

  • It is not permitted to replace it with different products, styles, or models.

If the customer chooses a refund instead of a replacement, the refund policy in Section 3 will apply.

Cases not constituting a defect (no returns or refunds accepted):

  • Improper installation or error

  • Misuse, abuse, negligence

  • Accident or collision

  • External damage factors unrelated to manufacturing


III. Refund Policy

Coplus offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee .

3.1 Refund for Defective Goods

Applicable conditions:

  • You may request a refund within 30 days of the shipment date.

  • The goods must be returned and inspected first.

Refund process:

  • Once the defect is confirmed, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing time is 7–10 business days.

3.2 Refund for Defective Goods

Applicable conditions:

  • Apply within 30 days of shipment date

  • The product is brand new, uninstalled, and ready for resale.

  • Includes complete original packaging

Related costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • The following fees are non-refundable :

    • Original shipping cost

    • Customs duties and taxes (if applicable)

Coplus reserves the right to refuse or reduce refunds if the investigation reveals:

  • There are signs of installation or use.

  • Damaged product or missing parts

  • Incomplete packaging


IV. Coplus shipment error

If Coplus makes a shipping error (product or quantity discrepancy), the customer must notify us within 10 days of delivery .

Handling method:

  • Goods must be returned in their original packaging.

  • Coplus will provide a prepaid shipping return label.

  • After receiving the returned item, a correct replacement will be sent.

Failure to notify within the specified period may result in the loss of eligibility for correction.


V. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation is only allowed before order processing or shipment.

  • Orders typically enter the processing flow within 24 hours .

  • If the goods have already entered the warehousing process or have been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

If cancellation is requested after shipment:

  • Customers need to follow the return process in Section 3.

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Cancellation requests must be made using the same email address as the original order or sent to: service@coplus.com.tw

VI. Warranty Policy

  • All warranty claims require an approved RMA and proof of purchase.

  • The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

  • Coplus's 1-year limited warranty only covers defects in materials and manufacturing.

Not covered under warranty:

  • Incorrect or faulty installation program

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Misuse, abuse, negligence or modification

  • Accidents, collisions, or off-road flooding

  • Problems caused by customer-provided specifications

  • Connector failure caused by using non-Coplus specified lubricants.

Moisture-related conditions

Warranty coverage:

  • Condensation that can dissipate on its own within a short time under normal operation

Not covered under warranty:

  • Water intrusion caused by extreme off-roading or immersion

Shipping costs:

  • Customers must bear the return shipping costs themselves.

  • Once the warranty is approved, Coplus will cover the return shipping costs.

Coplus can decide on the final handling method:

  • Repair products

  • Replace with the same model

  • If production is suspended, provide goods of equivalent value or store credit.

Coplus reserves the right to final review and decision on warranty claims.


VII. Other Terms and Conditions

  • Customers assume all risks of loss or damage during return shipping; tracking and insurance services are recommended.

  • Unauthorized returns, refused deliveries, or unclaimed packages may be disposed of without a refund.

  • Coplus reserves the right to update this policy to comply with applicable U.S. regulations without prior notice.
