All items come with a 1 year warranty from the date of shipment from our facility. If you find an item defective or have any issues, you can contact our customer service for further instructions and to resolve the issue. View warranty policy below.
Items deemed defective will only be exchanged for a new replacement item originally purchased. Defective merchandise cannot be exchanged for a different product. You can request a replacement within 60 days of receiving the goods . If necessary, you will need to return the item for an exchange or refund (subject to availability). If you are requesting a refund rather than an exchange, please review our refund policy below.
Goods cannot be considered defective if they are damaged due to improper installation or use, in which case we will not issue a refund or replacement.
If you are returning an item due to our error (i.e. we sent you the wrong item or quantity), please return the item to us in its original packaging within 10 days of delivery . We will send a return label.
Returns without an authorization and RMA number will not be processed. All products must be returned with the original box. Orders are non-returnable under any circumstances without the original box. Please be sure to keep the original box. Any damage to merchandise due to poor return packaging will be considered user-caused damage and no refunds or replacements will be provided.
Before sending anything back to Coplus, please contact customer service or email us at service@coplus.com.tw. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
Refund policy
We back our Coplus lights with a 45-day satisfaction guarantee .
If you choose to request a refund for a defective item rather than a replacement, please contact us within 45 days of the date the item was shipped and we will issue your refund upon confirmation.
If requesting a refund for a non-defective item within 45 days of the date the item was shipped , provided that each item is in original condition, i.e. brand new, and carries the full suggested retail price , you will be required to return the item and pay return shipping charges as a formality fee. Once the items are received, refund procedures will be arranged. We will not issue refunds for non-defective items until the original item has been received and inspected first.
Cancel order
If you change your mind, place your order in error or buy the wrong item for any reason, we will always try to cancel your order. Please log in to the website using the same email address as your original order. Navigate to the "My Account" icon and the "Check Orders" page; from there, you can click "Cancel Order" next to the order you want to change or cancel. Or please send your request via email (service@coplus.com.tw). We may cancel an order if requested before the order is processed or shipped. We will process the order immediately within 24 hours. If the Cancel button does not exist, the order has been processed in the warehouse and cannot be canceled or changed.
If a cancellation request is received after the order has been processed or shipped, unfortunately we will not be responsible for any return shipping charges.
Warranty
All warranty returns require a Return Authorization form as described below.
The warranty only covers defects in design and manufacturing. The warranty does not cover the following: installation errors, wear and tear, acts of God, misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, collisions, defects resulting from custom specifications provided by you, or any product modifications, configurations or combinations not performed by us or on our behalf . Please also note the following exceptions for third-party products.
The Coplus 1 Year Manufacturer's Warranty begins on the date the item is shipped from our factory. You must be the original owner and provide proof of purchase or product registration when making a claim.
For all warranty returns, we will pay shipping costs, provided you return the defective product within 90 days of delivery; after 90 days of delivery, the product will be required to be returned to us, shipping costs prepaid by you. As a remedy, we will, at our option, repair or replace the defective merchandise, or issue a credit. If the same item is no longer available, we may exchange it with a similar item of equal value.
Warranties without an RMA form submitted will not be processed
- Moisture condensation under normal use (which cannot be restored to original condition within a short period of time/without modification), will be covered by the warranty.
- Light source modifications (HID/LED conversions) that result in moisture condensation will not be covered by the warranty without proper weather protection.
- Water Damage – Submersion of the product in water due to severe off-road use will not be covered by the warranty.
- Applying grease of unknown origin (not provided by Coplus) to the connector socket will cause connection problems and will not be covered by the warranty.
