Return/Exchange

You will have 45 days from the date the item is shipped to request a return for a refund. 45 days after the item is shipped, you have 15 days to request an exchange. Returns or exchanges must be postmarked within 15 days of your request being approved to avoid restocking fees and delays.

If requesting a refund for a non-defective item within 45 days of the date the item was shipped, provided that each item is in new condition and at full MSRP, you will be required to return the item and pay a return shipping fee as a handling fee. Once the items are received, refund procedures will be arranged. We will not issue refunds for non-defective items until the original item has been received and inspected first.
If you are returning an item due to our error (i.e. we sent you the wrong item or quantity), please return the item to us in its original packaging within 10 days of delivery. We will email a prepaid return label and cover all postage costs returned to us.

Goods cannot be considered defective if they are damaged due to improper installation or use, in which case we will not issue a refund or replacement.
Refunds will be made back to the original source of payment. All shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount. Please note that once the return is processed, the refund may take 7-10 business days to appear in your account.

Warranty and replacement

All warranty returns require a Return Authorization form as described below.
The warranty only covers defects in design and manufacturing. The warranty does not cover the following: installation errors, wear and tear, acts of God, misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, collisions, defects resulting from custom specifications provided by you, or any product modifications, configurations or combinations not performed by us or on our behalf .
The Coplus 1 Year Manufacturer's Warranty begins on the date the item is shipped from our factory. You must be the original owner and provide proof of purchase or product registration when making a claim.

Frequently asked questions
For all warranty returns, we will pay shipping costs, provided you return the defective product within 90 days of delivery. After 90 days of delivery, the product will be required to be returned to us, shipping costs prepaid by you. As a remedy, we will, at our option, repair or replace the defective merchandise, or issue a credit.
Frequently asked questions
Product will be replaced if any physical or electrical failure occurs due to normal use during the original purchaser's entire ownership period. The limited lifetime warranty is non-transferable. Common wear and tear is not a reason to replace parts.
File a claim
Please contact our customer service department via email (service@coplus.com.tw) for help determining the root cause of the issue. We will assist with troubleshooting to determine what needs to be replaced.

If an element within a kit or element fails, we will be happy to replace the affected part.

If we discontinue an item, we will offer a current equivalent of the same product as a replacement. If the same item is no longer available, we may exchange it with a similar item of equal value. If a modern equivalent does not exist, we will issue you a store credit equal to the amount you originally paid.
Labor/other costs
All warranties cover the product itself. Due to the scope of variables, we will not be responsible for any additional costs (labor, installation, rental cars, downtime, etc.).
How are warranty replacement parts shipped?
US customers:
All replacement parts will be shipped to you via ground shipping at no charge.
Foreign customers:
You will be responsible for all shipping/duties. Expedited Shipping:
We will be happy to accommodate you, but actual shipping charges will apply.

Federal and state laws may prohibit the removal, modification or modification of any device or design element that affects the safety of a vehicle operating on the road. Violation of such laws may subject the owner or user to fines or penalties. Installation of certain parts may void your vehicle's warranty coverage, if any. We accept no liability for individual customer application of such products as some products are intended for off-road or show vehicle use only.

Please find our product catalog under the "Products" page of the website. Products under development will be listed on the "Coming Soon" page. Certain models, such as the Colorado and Tacoma, are available through our exclusive resellers. In addition to the above, we do not currently have a product for the model/year you are after, but we welcome any suggestions, please let us know and we will evaluate! Any news will be posted on our social media, so stay tuned!
What is the difference between Classic Series and Basic Series?
A Classic range usually comes with a reflector, either low beam or high beam, or both. Some Classic series come with sockets for original OEM halogen lamps, but these are not supplied.
The A Essential series usually comes with projectors for low and high beams, which have higher light output values.
moisture in light
Moisture condensation under normal use (which cannot be restored to original condition within a short period of time/without modification), will be covered by the warranty.
Light source modifications (HID/LED conversions) that result in moisture condensation will not be covered by the warranty without proper weather protection.
Moisture or condensation can occur in the light due to the atmospheric difference between the light's interior and exterior atmosphere. All headlights vent into the atmosphere so that heat can be dissipated outside the headlights. The moisture or condensation should burn off within a day or so. When this happens, check the socket and bulb cover to make sure they are seated correctly against the housing. Check the socket weather gaskets on older vehicles for any signs of deterioration. Check the vent tubes or vent tape to make sure they are not clogged, pinched, or dusty.
Can the headlights be adjusted?
Yes, they are adjustable. All of our headlights have at least one height adjustment screw. Please find instructions in the installation guide.
